| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling UK, Wales and Scotland: All our orders are sent out via Royal Mail . Please be aware that this can take up to 10 working days for delivery although it usually takes 3-4 days realistically under normal conditions. The postage costs for the order (regardless of the amount of items ordered) is £3.50. In addition to the above we also offer a next day delivery which is £6.95 on orders that weigh under 2kgs and £10.00 on orders over 2kgs. Please be advised that if you order next day delivery on a weekend that it won't be processed/delivered until the next working day. Europe and Overseas: All europe and overseas orders will be calculated by weight and the customer will be advised via email if the postage costs exceed £15.00. |
| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. International orders are generally sent to you in under 7 days. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.
